Delivery and Lead Time

Getting your order to you

We’re based in Cape Town and supply customers across South Africa [and internationally]. Because every order is different in size, weight and destination, we don’t charge a fixed delivery fee. Instead, you can choose the option that suits you best:

1. We arrange the courier for you
Let us know your delivery address when you place your order, and we’ll send you a courier quote along with your order quote. Courier costs are for the customer’s account and will be added to your invoice. 

2. Collect from us
You’re welcome to collect your order from our premises at no charge. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.

Collection hours: [Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30, Friday, 08:00 to 13.00]

3. Use your own courier
If you have an account with a courier company, you can arrange your own collection. Just send us your waybill or courier details and we’ll have your order packed and ready.

How long will it take?

Total delivery time = production lead time + courier transit time.

Production lead times dependent on order requirement (working days):

• Thermal transfer ribbons: 1 - 3 days
• Digital printed full colour labels: 2-3 work days
• Print bureau labels (1 colour black): 1–3 days
• Blank labels: 3–5 days
• Flexo printed full colour labels: 6–8 days (from artwork approval)
• Printers: [subject to stock, usually same day]

Courier transit times (working days, once dispatched):

• Cape Town and surrounds: [next day]
• Major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein): [2–3 days]
• Regional and outlying areas: [3–5 days]

Lead times start once your artwork is approved and [payment is received]. Times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as December, or due to courier delays outside our control.
